Empty Homes

We aim to help owners of long-term empty homes bring them back into use. We can help cooperative owners with advice and guidance on whether to renovate, let, lease or re-occupy. We can require owners of derelict empty homes to carry out works to make their spare homes safe, secure and less of an eyesore. • We work on privately owned homes that have been empty for more than 6 months.
• We do not work on empty Council homes, land or other property.
• We do not work on empty business premises.
