To report repairs to your Reading Borough Council home call free Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm

FOR EMERGENCIES OUTSIDE THESE HOURS PLEASE USE THE OUT OF HOURS NUMBER

(The out of hours number is for genuine emergencies only (i.e. where there is risk to life or property). We will make your property safe and secure only and the full repair will be carried out withing the normal timescales. Please Note: tenants who use this number for non-emergency repairs will be charged for the cost of the call out)
