Community Alcohol Partnership - Tilehurst (CAP)

The Community Alcohol Partnership is a partnership between Reading Borough Council, Thames Valley Police, The Retail of Alcohol Standards Group, independent retailers, local schools and community groups to tackle the problems caused by underage drinking in Tilehurst.

If this scheme is successful, it will be rolled out across other areas of Reading.
