Aims and Outcomes

Delegates will be able to:

  • Define and advocate for outcomes-focused working across social care
  • Apply strength-based models to conversations about outcomes
  • Understand the legal and policy contexts
  • Use research findings and other evidence to inform practice
  • Utilise different tools and approaches to support practice
  • Evaluate practice in terms of assessments to focus on outcomes and strengths

  • Practical approaches
