Access Arrangements

All ground floor meeting rooms are accessible to wheelchair and scooter users.

An audio loop induction system is available in the Council Chamber and Committee Rooms 1, 4a and 4b for those with hearing difficulties (a portable induction loop is available for other rooms on request).

This report updates the Sub-Committee on discussions with Warren District Residents Associations (WADRA) regarding refurbishment works to the pavilion, and seeks delegated authority to enter into an agreement with WADRA subject to the final agreement of terms.

5.MAPLEDURHAM PLAYING FIELDS LANDSCAPE UPDATE REPORT
This report updates the Sub-Committee on preparatory work for improvements at Mapledurham Playing Field, including archaeological investigations to inform the development of the Landscape Master Plan and discussion with Caversham Trents FC on the proposed facilities.

6.CHARITY COMMISSION ADVICE
This report updates the Sub-Committee on the progress with implementing the decisions made at the 20 June 2018 meeting, including consultation with the Charity Commission on the proposed grant of a lease to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government of part of the Recreation Ground.
