ANIMAL BOARDING LICENCE CONDITIONS, PET SHOP CONDITIONS AND DOG BREEDING CONDITIONS, FEES POLICY AND DELEGATIONS

A report informing the Sub-Committee of changes to the pet animal welfare licence conditions and seeking approval for the implementation of a licensing scheme for home boarders of dogs. The report also brings to the Sub-Committee's attention the revised model licence conditions for pet shops, dog breeding establishments and catteries and seeks delegated authority to allow future licence conditions to be approved by the Head of Planning, Development and Regulatory Services.
