LABC (local authority building control) offers you the opportunity to ‘partner’ with the local authority of your choice for the plans approval process on all your projects wherever they are located around the country. The scheme is free and non contractual.

This means you will get consistent and coherent feedback and Building Regulations advice at an early stage from the local authority you prefer to work with.

Your chosen plan checking local authority will help eliminate delays and speed up the process leading to formal Building Regulation approval. They will then brief the local authority where your project is to take place, who will then be responsible for site inspections.

It’s the best of both worlds. Central management combined with fast, efficient inspections from a local team.
