As part of a drive to help small businesses and provide an opportunity for flourishing businesses to grow, Reading Borough Council offers, subject to availability, 41 purpose built units designed for small firms in the Reading area.

Units at Acre Business Park range in size from 325 sq ft to 1,625 sq ft and are suitable for a wide range of uses. They provide ideal accommodation for people looking to start a business and for businesses in their early years of trading who require premises or need extra space for expansion.

The units are let on a one-year licence but a month’s notice can be give if an occupier wishes to leave during this time. At the end of each year, providing the occupier has kept to the terms of licence and rules of the business park, occupation can continue.
