The online payment service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week* and uses the highest standards of security to ensure it is safe and secure to use.
* the online payments system is NOT available from 6 to 6.30pm each day for processing of payments.

Please note: There is a charge of 1.33% for payments made by credit card. There is no charge when paying by debit card.

The Council accepts Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron and Solo cards.
Payment requests using this system are subject to Authorisation and clearance time-scales. It should never take more than 24 hours for your payment to be received and posted to us. However if you make a payment over £1000, we may need Authorisation from your card issuer.
To use our Online Payment Services please have to your debit or credit card you intend to use and the account number for the bill you wish to pay to hand.

Your last increase letter or payment Card for rents
Your invoice/correspondence from the payments section
If you cannot find your account number please contact the relevant department during office hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).
