Support for Carers

Community Care picture

If you look after an adult who is dependent on you for care or a disabled child you are a carer.

Caring can be rewarding, but it is also very demanding and can put your heath and well being at risk.

Community Care Services work in partnership with local NHS services and a range of voluntary groups and organisations to ensure that there is a wide range of information, advice and support for Reading carers.
