Overview

Thank you for taking part in the Reading Climate Change Partnership (RCCP) climate strategy consultation. 

We are all aware of the growing urgency around tackling climate change. The RCCP was set up to lead the response to climate change in the Reading area and has existed since 2008. The partnership’s Board is composed of representatives from statutory bodies, the private sector, academia and the community and voluntary sector.

In 2019 RCCP launched the process to produce a third Reading Climate Change Strategy. This draft strategy and consultation are proposed by RCCP, with support from Reading Borough Council, who host the partnership.
