Where in West Reading

We are working together with local people and service providers to bring about improvements to the local community. The focus of our work and activity is taking place in Southcote.

Working with Local People

Listening to you
A neighborhood survey has recently been circulated to all households in Southcote, to find out what local people need and want to make the lives of those living in Southcote even better. The team is always keen to work with local people to find out what those living in the area want improved or changed, so please get in touch. The Survey results will be available early in 2010 and our team will work together with you and local organisations and service providers to plan activities and that meet local need.

Join a Community Group
Our team meet regularly with local service providers and local people are encouraged to get involved. There are also a number of community groups that local people run which support local change and people are welcome to join. If you are interested in joining a group already set up or starting your own community group please call your local community development worker who can help get you started.
