Neighbourhood Action Groups (NAGs)

Neighbourhood Policing

With the introduction of Neighbourhood Policing each neighbourhood, following consultation, now sets its priorities and it is the NAGs which help tackle these priorities.

What is a Neighbourhood Action Group?

A Neighbourhood Action Group (NAG) is made up from different representatives of the community including Council Officers, Thames Valley Police, local residents and/or businesses, councillors, schools etc.

Members of the NAG take on responsibility for achieving certain tasks on behalf of their neighbourhood.

As a member of your local NAG you will be able to influence decisions about your neighbourhood and have an opportunity to change things for the better.

Click on the website below to find out about your local NAG and its local priorities.  Alternatively follow the link to the Thames Valley Police website.
