Customer Care Excellence Awards

Do you know a Council worker who has either provided you with excellent service or gone out of their way to help you?

Reading residents are invited to nominate Council staff who they feel have gone that extra mile to provide them with an excellent service.

Nominations are reviewed every quarter by a panel of staff from across the Council. Judges will consider examples of staff who have gone "above and beyond" to help a member of public in a particular situation, as well as those who are nominated (may be more than once) because they consistently provide high quality customer care to our service users..

The winners are awarded a certificate and a small gift which is presented to them by the Mayor
