	Code of Conduct for Members	Reading Borough Council, on 16 October 2007, adopted a new code of conduct for Members, based on the new Model Code issued by the Government under the 2007 Order
	Community Strategy - 'Reading 2020 Making it Happen'	This is Reading's first Community Strategy, developed by the Reading 2020 Partnership. The strategy provides a framework for improving the quality of life for everyone in Reading - now and into the future.

	Constitution of Reading Borough Council	Reading Borough Council has agreed a Constitution which sets out how the Council operates, how decisions are made and the procedures which are followed to ensure that these are efficient, transparent and accountable to local people.  Some of these processes are required by law, while others are a matter for the Council to choose.
