A report in response to the CCEA Scrutiny Panel’s decision to ask Cabinet to reconsider its decision to endorse Askett Hawk, at this stage, as the preferred developer for King’s Meadow Pool with a period of exclusivity, and instead to ask both developers to do more work to address the concerns expressed by the Scrutiny Panel and to re-submit their amended proposals to a future Cabinet meeting.
