Terms of Reference

This Panel exercises the "call in" and pre-scrutiny functions as part of the Council's scrutiny arrangements by considering the decisions taken by the Cabinet along with any representations made by non-executive members on these decisions and identifies whether any of them should be referred back to the Cabinet or on to the Council.
