Terms of Reference

The Licensing Applications Committee is responsible for those licensing and registration functions specified in the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities) Regulations, 2000, and other functions indicated in the Constitution, including Public Entertainment Licences (including major outdoor events), sex establishments, Hackney Carriage Licences, Private Hire and Betting and Gaming Establishments.
