You should contact us online as soon as possible if you are having trouble keeping up with payments. If you miss a payment or pay late, we will send you a reminder giving you seven days to pay. If you do not pay, you will get a court summons and will lose your right to pay in instalments. You will have to pay any costs we incur recovering what you owe.
If you have a council tax account you can manage your account online - once you have set up your online account, you will be able to view your balance, payments, bill details and any documents sent.

You can view an up-to-date version of your account online by registering with our online portal.
Paying by Direct Debit - do I need to do anything?
