Section 52 Budget Statements

Local Education Authorities (LEAs) are required under section 52 of the Schools Standards and Framework Act 1998 to prepare and submit a budget statement setting out the Council's planned education spending. For further details, click on the link on the left.

Section 52 Outturn Statements

Under the same Act, LEAs are also required to prepare and submit a statement recording the Council's education spending after the end of the financial year. For further details, click on the link on the left.
