Admission Forum

The Education Act 2002 requires each Local Authority to establish an Admission Forum. The Admission Forum meets four times a year and provides an opportunity to consider existing and proposed school admissions arrangements and the extent to which existing arrangements serve local parents and children; and circulate advice that represents the agreed views of all members of the Forum.  The first meeting of the Admissions Forum was in May 2003.

The Agenda and Minutes of the meetings held in 2009 are given below. Earlier minutes can be obtained from Committee Services. Please use the contact information above right.

The link above right will give related information about the current school admission procedures.
