Houses in Multiple Occupation
The team deals with privately rented properties to ensure they meet legal standards and that landlords are providing safe and healthy homes for their tenants. The Council has developed a nationally recognised Landlord Accreditation Scheme. The scheme is voluntary and has been included in a good practice guide.
