Community Care Services

Community Care Services are social care services for adults who are vulnerable because of their age, illness and/or disability .

Our role is to enable you to maintain your independence by providing or arranging the support you need to live safely in your own home and do the things you want to do.

We work in partnership with Berkshire West PCT, Berkshire Healthcare Trust and a range of local agencies and voluntary groups.
