Reading Community Mental Health Team is a team of social care and health professionals which is jointly provided by Reading Borough Council and Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The team work with adults from 18 - 70 years who are experiencing mental health problems. We provide information and advice, and offer a range of treatments and care/support services depending on your individual needs.

We also provide support to carers who look after a person with mental health problems.
