Grants

We have a number of different grants available for home owners and tenants to help towards the cost of making essential repairs or adaptations to their homes. To qualify you need to meet the eligibility criteria. All grants are means tested.

Grants include:

• Disabled Facilities Grants - to help towards the cost of adaptating properties to make them accessible for disabled people
• Renovation Grants - to help pay towards the cost of large scale works needed to make a house fit for habitation or into reasonable state of repair
• Home Repair Assistance Grants - to help towards the cost of small essential repairs or adaptations to your home
