Section 3.3 of your Tenancy Agreement says you have the right to enjoy life in your own way as long as you, members of your household and visitors to your home do not cause a nuisance to your neighbours. Nuisance and antisocial behaviour are not tolerated and the Council will take action against tenants who regularly disrupt their neighbourhood, harass other residents or break the law.
This section explains your responsibilities to your neighbours and the action we take against tenants who breach their tenancy agreement.
If you are experiencing nuisance or anti-social behaviour please contact the Nuisance Response Team (see Contact Us)
