Your rights as a Secure Tenant
You are a Secure Tenancy if you signed a Tenacy Agreement and have completed your Introductory Tenancy period.
As a secure Tenant you have the right:
If you are still an Introductory Tenant you will not have all these rights until you become a Secure Tenant
You do not have all these rights if you have a Suspended Posession Order and have lost your security or tenure
You do not have these rights if you are a Licensee living in Temporary Accommodation.
