Your Tenancy Agreement

Your Tenancy Agreement is a contract between you and the Council.  You can stay in your Council home for as long as you want, provided that you behave responsibly and keep to the terms and conditions of this tenancy agreement.

If you breach the conditions of your tenancy agreement the Council will take action against you and this may including taking legal action to evict you.

If you do not understand your Tenancy Agreement please ask your Neighbourhood Officer for help.

We can make your Tenancy Agreement availalble in alternative languages or formats on request.
