New Council Administration for Reading

At the Reading Borough Council AGM on 20 May new arrangements were agreed for the Council Administration, and Cllr Peter Beard was elected Mayor, and Cllr Fred Pugh Deputy Mayor for the Municipal Year 2008/09.
