Mind & Body

Body Balance MC PP
Combine the principles and practices of yoga, pilates and feldenkrais techniques to bring your body, mind and soul into a state of harmony.

Mind & Body PP
This great new class uses a mixure of tai chi, pilates and yoga for a total body workout and relaxation techniques.

Cardiovascular

Aerobics  AH   PP
A class of motivating, high energy routines, a good all rounder!

Spin AH
A fun, athletic cycling workout that burns fat fast!

Cross Training

Box-a-cise  MC PP
An excellent way to develop muscle tone, stamina and strength using a combination of boxing exercises.

Circuit Training  AH HC MC PP
Classes challenge your whole body by comgining strength exercises, aerobic and anaerobic exercises.

H20

Water Mobility CP
A non-aerobic class for those with back problems, recovering from injury or those who are less mobile.

Aquatone AH CP HC MC
An aerobic class in the pool using water for support and resistance.

Aquaswim CP
A combination of body toning exercise in the pool and swimming for all round fitness.

Conditioning

Pilates MC PP
Pilates focuses on correct body alignment and balance. Classes will improve muscle tone, flexibility and body awareness. It is especially recommended as a means of improving back strength and posture. Drop in session.

Antenatal Pilates PP
Exercise confidently, safely and effectively during your pregnancy. Suitable after your first trimester (from 12 weeks). Subject to completion of a health screening questionnaire.
