Transport Strategy

SignpostReading’s Transport Strategy is outlined in our Local Transport Plan (LTP) which draws together all of our transport policies and initiatives and outlines a programme which helps to tackle the issues inherent in our transport network, such as congestion, accessibility, road safety and air quality.

At the heart of our LTP is the aim to create a fully accessible and integrated transport network, which enhances the living environment and enables key services and facilities to be reached by all members of the community.
