Social Work Service for Children with Disabilities

For some families who have children with disabilities, there is an additional need for support or intervention by a social worker. The Learning Difficulty and/or Disability (LDD) Team employs social care workers whose role it is to work with a family to assess their particular needs using the same process as for other children.
