Go Through The Property Adverts Carefully

Do not bid just for the sake of bidding - only bid for properties you would be happy to live in. Every week people waste their time by making the following simple mistakes:

• They bid for properties restricted to certain groups, when they are not in that group. Example: Properties adapted for disabled persons
• They bid for properties in areas they don't want to live in
• They bid for a house when they want a flat
• They bid for a flat when they want a house
