School Admission Arrangements for 2013-14
Reading Borough Council - Determined Admission Arrangements
Reading Borough Council has determined admission arrangements for all community primary schools within the Borough, for first admission to school in the academic year 2013-2014. It has also determined the co-ordinated admission arrangements for admission to primary schools and secondary schools. The policies are available below.
Academy Trust, Foundation and Voluntary Aided Schools
The following schools have submitted determined admission arrangements to Reading Borough Council and their policies are available below
All Saints Infant School, English Martyrs Catholic Primary School, New Christ Church CE Aided Primary School, St John's Church of England Primary School, St Anne's Catholic Primary School, St Martin's Catholic Primary School, St Mary and All Saints CE Primary School. Blessed Hugh Faringdon Catholic School, Highdown School and Sixth Form Centre, Kendrick School,Prospect School, Reading School, Reading Girls' School.
Objections
Any person or body has the right to refer an objection about the admission arrangements for maintained schools to the Office of the School Adjudicator, if they believe that any aspect of the admission arrangements does not meet the requirements set out the School Admissions Code 2012 or in the provisions relating to schools admissions in the Schools Standards and Framework Act 1998.
Any objection can only be made under section 88H(2) of the above Act where the person making the objection provides their name and address and the objection is received by the School Adjudicator on or before 30 June 2012.
