Parties at Meadway

We take the hassle (and mess!) out of your child's special day. At Meadway Sports Centre we offer a wide range of parties to suit every child.

My First Disco Party

This party is great for those who like to dance and want to have a grown up feel to their party. Parties take place in our bar area. 

What we provide:

• Party area with dance floor
• Mirror ball
• CD player and party CD's
• Buffet tables
• Bar chairs and tables
• Party Invitations

The customer is responsible for:

• Supervision of the children/party
• Providing food and drinks
• Table cloth, plates, serviettes, cups, cutlery, birthday cake, knife, candles etc
• Playing the music/party entertainment
• Providing a DJ (if required)
• Party bags (if required)

Party days & times:

• Saturday 5.15 - 7.15pm
• Customers can set the party up from 5.00pm

Party price & other information:

• £65 per party
• Maximum of 30 children
• This party is aimed at children aged 8 - 12 years (this is only a guideline)

Tots Time Party

This party is aimed at the under 5's .Children can enjoy bouncing on our popular bouncy castle, scramble over the soft play equipment and get creative at the colouring table.  This party includes half an hour for the party tea.

Please be aware that this party uses half of the main hall and the other half will be used for other activities.

What we provide:

• Bouncy castle and soft play equipment
• Colouring table and colouring equipment
• Low level chairs and tables for the party tea
• Party invitations

The customer is responsible for:

• Supervision of the children/party
• Providing food and drinks
• Table cloth, plates, cups, serviettes, cutlery, birthday cake, knife, candles etc,
• Party bags (if required)

Party days & times:

• Saturday 11.00am - 12.30pm
• Sunday 11.30am - 1.00pm

Party time 1 hour, party tea during the last half an hour. Children will not be able to return to the bouncy castle after the party tea.

Party price & other information:

• £60 per party
• Maximum of 14 children
• This party is for children under 5 years of age
• The customer will need to complete a bouncy castle disclaimer form

Traditional Pool Party

This party offers exclusive use of the swimming pool with 2 lifeguards present. We will also supply balls, floats and woggles if required. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied in the pool by a responsible adult aged 18+ years.

Party tea area is available after the pool party at an extra cost.

What we provide:

• Exclusive use of the pool
• 2 lifeguards
• balls, floats and woggles
• Party tea area (extra cost) if required
• Party invitations

The customer is responsible for:

• Supervision of the children/party
• Providing food and drinks (if party tea area required)
• Table cloth, plates, cups, serviettes, cutlery, birthday cake, knife, candles etc (if party tea area required)
• Party bags (if required)

Party days & times:

• Saturday 1.45 - 2.45pm
• Party tea from 3.00 - 3.30 (if booked)

Party price & other information:

• £60 per party
• Additional £15 for party tea area (in squash court)
• Maximum number for pool party only is 45 (including adults)
• Maximum number for party tea (if required) is 20 children

Activities Party

Our activities party offers you a bouncy castle and a choice of either: mini soccer, traditonal party games or sports day as your second activity. Each activity will last 45 minutes.

Traditional party games include: musical chairs, musical statues, hot potatoes, pin the tail on the donkey, unders and overs and parachute games.

Sports Day Events include: egg & spoon race, sack race, three legged race, team games like mini assault courses and group skipping.

Mini Soccer: warm up like a footballer, learn, practice and try basic soccer skills, keepy uppy competition and finish with a game.

What we provide:

• Use of the bouncy castle
• Second activity choice equipment
• A party host
• Bar/function area for party food
• Party invitations

The customer is responsible for:

• Supervision of the children during the party tea time
• Providing food and drinks,
• Table cloth, plates, cups, serviettes, cutlery, birthday cake, knife, candles etc.
• Party bags (if required)

Party days and times:

• Saturday 1.00 - 3.00pm
• Sunday 1.30 - 3.30pm
• Activities are 45 minutes each with bouncy castle being the first activity
• Party tea will last 30 minutes after the 2 activities

Party price & other information:

• £70.00 per party
• Maximum of 20 children
• This party is aimed at children aged 6 - 10 years old (this is only a guideline)
