Traffic Light System
To help us make sure that we are running the classes that you want us to, we're introducing a new traffic light system to monitor performance.
You'll see a traffic light poster in the reception area of our sites where classes will be placed depending on their uptake. The class attendance will be reviewed every 4 weeks when the class marker will be moved to show any changes.
Green classes will have attendance of 60% or more, Amber classes will be between 50 - 60% attendance and Red classes will have attendance of less than 50%.
If classes spend more than 4 weeks in the Red zone they will be removed and replaced with classes that our members want. If there is a class you love but its in the Amber or Red zone then why not encourage your friends to come along too!
