Supported Living

Supported living services enable service users to live independently at home.

Services include:

• providing motivation and encouragement to get out of bed and go out to college or work
• simple tasks such as shopping, housework and repairs
• providing help with administrative tasks or personal care, if required

Supported living services are not regulated by the Care Quality Commission but any personal care provided (e.g. help with washing or preparing meals) is. Your care assessment will determine if supported living is appropriate for your needs.
