Carers Rights Day is an annual event aimed at bring organisations across the UK together to help unpaid carers in their local community know their rights and find out how to get the help and support they are entitled to: https://www.carersuk.org/news-and-campaigns/carers-rights-day

This year we want to encourage working unpaid carers to attend.

The event will feature presentations on planning for the future, financially and making a will / trust will, universal credits and your rights at work and other topics.

A wide range of organisations supporting carers will be present to provide information and advice - Carers Hub, MyCare MyHome, Stroke Association, DWP, Age UK Berkshire, Healthwatch Reading, Parenting Special Children, Citizen Advice...and many others.

The event will take place on Thursday 21st November at Wycliffe Baptist Church (233 Kings Road, RG1 4LS), from 2 pm - 6 pm.

Please park either at Warehouse: RG1 3LB Or use the church car park: RG1 3LD.
