We have created a simplified easy-access version of the national coronavirus Test & Trace messages.

The infographic is available for download and use on social media or online. We have also produced a plain text version (English only).

As well as English, we have produced downloadable versions in 11 languages: Bengali, Hindi, Nepali, Polish, Punjabi, Konkani, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese and Romanian. If you have any feedback, would like to request a supply of printed material or would like to suggest another language for translation please contact us at cv19notifications@reading.gov.uk.

Translated video and audio files

We have been working on producing translated video and audio messages. We now have coronavirus safety and flu vaccination messages in Urdu, Polish and English and we will shortly have messages in Arabic and Nepali. We will be working to add more video/audio translations and if you have feedback on these a request for a translation please contact cv19notifications@reading.gov.uk

You can find guidance on COVID-19 in your chosen language from the list below and share them within your community. This list also includes support services available in community languages.

The Government has released translated guidance for:

Public Health England has published a migrant health guide on NHS entitlements available in multiple languages.

Doctors of the World translations of NHS guidance

Doctors of the World, in collaboration with other civil society partners, are translating official government guidance on COVID-19 into over 60 languages

World Health Organisation guidance

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has issued guidance in a number of languages:

IOM COVID-19 Migrant Information Service

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) has set up the COVID-19 Migrant Information Service which includes:

  • multilingual website available in eight languages with information on five key topics: health, work, benefits, visas and immigration, and housing and homelessness; and
  • a telephone service providing information to callers in any language from 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00 Monday to Friday: 0800 464 3380.
