Strathy Close Day Centre is home to an Adult Learning Disability Service run by Reading Borough Council. The service offers a programme of interactive, sensory and physical activities that help develop independence. The centre provides a variety of facilities which include an accessible garden and a purpose built sensory space.

During evenings and weekends, the centre is available for hire to individuals, clubs and organisations.

How to find us

Strathy Close Day Centre is situated in Norcot just behind The Dee Road Estate. The nearest bus routes are: Number 15 & 15a which provide a regular service throughout the day. The bus stops you need to use are called: Ranikhet or Brisbane Road.

Please note: if you are travelling by car, there is very limited parking available at the centre due to its location, therefore we advise travelling by bus or getting a taxi.
