There are some practical steps you can take to reduce the risk of suffering from dizziness, including:
- Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water to help keep your blood pressure stable
- Sit or stand up slowly – change position slowly so your blood pressure can adjust
- Ensure temperature isn’t too high – avoid extreme changes in temperature
- Follow your doctor’s advice if you have a health condition that causes dizziness
