You must give us at least 20 working days to process your application for a permit if you want to stage a public performance of hypnotism for entertainment – you will also have to provide details of your public liability insurance and proof that the venue is suitably insured.
If you perform without a licence, or breach your licence, you could be fined up to £1,000.
