Request a review of an antisocial behaviour case
ASB Case Review
If you’ve reported antisocial behaviour but feel that no one is taking effective action, you can use the ASB Case Review process.
This means you can ask local organisations to review how they’ve responded to your reports. These organisations will work together to decide whether more can be done to resolve the problem. Wherever possible, we’ll involve you in the review process.
You cannot use the ASB Case Review to:
- report new incidents of antisocial behaviour
- make a complaint about an organisation

You should include your name, address, details and dates of any antisocial behaviour cases submitted to the council or police.
If you want to make a complaint about how your case was handled, contact the organisation directly and ask about their complaints procedure.
