Cedar Court is a Reading Borough Council owned extra care sheltered housing scheme, comprising of 40 one-and two-bedroom flats. It is situated just off the Basingstoke Road and a 5 minute drive from the Oracle Shopping Centre.

Cedar Court offers the benefits of an on-site restaurant, therapy room, hair salon and an assisted bathroom for tenants who wish to use these services. There is also a large communal lounge where tenants can take part in activities if they choose. The gardens offer ample space, including a roof top terrace and a ground floor patio area which are wheelchair accessible. Designated parking bays, mobility scooter and bicycle storage are also available on request.

To apply for extra care sheltered housing, you must complete a care and support needs assessment by Adult Social Care to determine eligibility.
