Christmas closure

All Reading Libraries will be closed from Wednesday 24 December 2025 and will resume normal opening hours from Friday 2 January 2026.
No items will be due back during the time we are closed. A Drop Box will be available at Reading Central Library but all other Drop Boxes will be closed.

Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 9am – 12noon
Saturday: 10am – 3pm
Sundays and bank holidays: closed
