Fred Pugh

It is with great sadness that Reading Borough Council has learned of the passing of Fred Pugh, former long-standing Councillor and Mayor of Reading. Fred, who was 85, served the town in Peppard, Caversham and Mapledurham wards having been first elected in 1976.
