Essential information
- A free ticket must be displayed for the 30 minute free stay on a Saturday. Payment is required after the free stay.
- Another free ticket cannot be used until 4 hours after your previous free ticket finished.
- Parking on a Saturday between 8.00am – 6.00pm is for a maximum of 4 hours with no return within 2 hours.
- Night rate is payable if parked between Saturday 6.00pm and Sunday 8.00am
- It is free to park between Sunday 8.00am and Monday 8.00am

The season ticket in this car park is digital, you will not receive a physical permit to display in your vehicle. The Civil Enforcement Officers who patrol these car parks will check the vehicle registration to confirm if it is allowed to park. If the vehicle registration is not registered, you will be liable to receive a Penalty Charge Notice. When applying it is important that you check you have entered the vehicle registration details correctly (especially if your registration has a number zero or the letter O in it).
Chester Street car park season tickets are limited to a maximum of 20 holders at any one time.
