We offer annual, quarterly and monthly season tickets for our car parks.
Season tickets in the car parks listed below are digital; you will not receive a physical permit to display in your vehicle:
The Civil Enforcement Officers who patrol these car parks will check the vehicle registration to confirm if it is allowed to park. If the vehicle registration is not registered, you will be liable to receive a Penalty Charge Notice. It is important that you check you have entered the vehicle registration details correctly (especially if your registration has a number zero or the letter O in it).
Season tickets for Broad Street Mall MSCP or Queens Road MSCP will no longer be a plastic card but a QR code that is emailed to you. The car registration(s) you provide will allow entry/exit with the QR code as back up.

If you lose your season ticket(s) (plastic cards issued for Broad Street Mall and Queens Road car parks only) there is a charge of £40 per ticket for it to be replaced. Please complete an online form and make payment for each season ticket lost. We will aim to issue a replacement season ticket within 5-10 working days. You will need to make alternative arrangements until the new season ticket is received.
