Report a missed bin collection

Bin collections

We are currently experiencing operational challenges due to staff sickness and vehicle breakdowns. This has caused some collection delays.
You can check the status of your waste collection.
If the collection status of your road is incorrect, please complete a missed bin collection form and we will return as soon as possible.

Before reporting a missed bin, you should:

1. Check your collection date.
2. Check what we can and cannot recycle.

If your collection was due

You must report the bin as having been missed within 48 hours of the scheduled collection day. If you report it after this, we will not return until the next scheduled collection day.

You must report one type of missed bin collection at a time.
