Report a missed bin collection
Garden waste collection service resuming Monday 2 March
Due to staff sickness and vehicle issues, garden waste collections were temporarily suspended. Normal collections will resume from Monday 2 March.
You can check your bin collection day online.
Use this service if your bin was due to be collected and has not been emptied.
Before you report a missed bin:
- check your collection date (this can change after bank holidays)
- check your bin contained the correct waste
- check whether other bins on your street have been collected
When you cannot report a missed bin
You will not be able to report a missed bin if:
- your collection round is still in progress (crews may be delayed)
- your collection has already been rescheduled
- it has been longer than 48 hours since it was missed
- the crew recorded an issue, such as: the wrong bin being put out, the wrong things were in the bin, blocked access or road closures
Rescheduling information is updated daily. Please check the bin calendar after 3pm for more information.

Reporting a missed bin online
You must report a missed bin within 48 hours of it being missed. After this, we will not return until the next scheduled collection. You can report one type of bin at a time.
