Report a missed bin collection

Before reporting a missed bin, you should:

1. Check your collection date.
2. Check what we can and cannot recycle.

If your collection was due

You must report it before midnight on the next working day. After this, we will not return until the next scheduled collection day.

You must report one type of missed bin collection at a time.
