Memory and concentration

Small changes in memory or concentration are common and often nothing to worry about. Being aware of this can help you stay safe and confident.

Memory and thinking skills affect many of the daily tasks that keep us safe. By focussing on what already works well for you, you can build on these strengths to maintain safety.

Memory issues, including memory loss, confusion and difficulties in problem-solving can develop gradually as we grow older. These changes may be associated with other things too.
